Founded in 1775 and based in Reims, Masion Fossier specialise in biscuits and in particular the famous 'le Biscuit Rose de Reims' which were created in 1691. Traditionally associated with Champagne they make a delicious accompaniment to a glass of bubbly.
Sugar, RYE flour (GLUTEN), Glucose-Fructose syrup, WHEAT flour, candied lemon peel 6% (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, preservative: potassium sorbate and sulphur dioxide, acidifier: citric acid), EGG yolks, honey, salt, spices 1,4% (fennel, dill, anise), raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium phosphate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate), natural aroma.
